Keep your homegrown fruits, veggies, and herbs fresh and flavorful long after growing season ends with Anthony Bracco’s preservation tips. Topics will include: Canning, jarring, pickling, and dehydration, storage of root crops, freezing and cubing vegetables, making jams and jellies, and storing foods in a dark pantry, basement, or root cellar.

Presented by Anthony Bracco, owner and operator of Bracco Farms, a small family farm in the black dirt region of Pine Island, NY. He uses sustainable farming techniques to grow clean, pure produce that is a favorite among chefs.
