Functional Yoga-Hatha Yoga Class (Yoga that supports the aging population)

Yoga made simple - Hatha is a style of yoga that moves at a slow pace.  The class will focus on mobility, strength, flexibility, balance and core strength.  Breath practices that stimulate presence and relaxation.  Large emphasis placed on how the poses feel in the body and not a large focus on how the poses look - reducing the "shoulds" and "fixing" in your yoga experience.
