This is a guided Journaling club - facilitated by Laura Mazzella, the traveling yogi. All are welcome - experienced and beginner journal writers. Bring a journal or notebook and a pen.
Learn the art of journaling and reap its rewards. Journaling has been found to improve mental health and mood, increase self acceptance and self confidence, spark creativity, reduce stress and encourage authenticity.
This workshop uses journaling as a tool for self-discovery and growth. Gain insights into your own thoughts, emotions, beliefs, values, strengths, and weaknesses.
