Meets monthly.  All are welcome. New topics each month will encourage self-reflection, self-awareness and growth mindset. 

Journaling has been found to improve mental health and mood, increase self acceptance and self-esteem, spark creativity. 

This is a guided journaling club -  facilitated by Laura Mazzella, the traveling yogi.  Bring a journal or a notebook and a pen.
