Learn How to Meditate - A beginner's workshop for building your own practice

with Laura Mazzella "The Traveling Yogi"

In this 90-minute workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of meditation and how to begin a simple and sustainable practice at home.  Whether you're brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is for you.  Core techniques will be taught through guided exercises, discussion and practical tips.  Participants will leave with the tools and confidence to begin a personal meditation routine.  Chairs will be provided, meditation pillows are optional and welcome.  Please bring a notebook and pen if you are a note taker.
