Yoga for Better Posture

with Laura Mazzella "The Travelling Yogi"

 This all-levels class is designed to help you stand taller, move with ease and feel more balanced in your body.  Focus will be on opening tight areas such as the chest and shoulders while building stability in the core and back.  Whether you spend long hours at a desk, want to improve balance and confidence, or simply wish to move with greater ease, this class will support you in cultivating healthy posture.

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
