Grades 6-12 are welcome for a breath centered, open level practice entailing strengthening, stretching, toning, and a hour long respite from technology and stress! A great way to improve balance, flexibility, foster a connection with self, and find tools to remain present in an every stressful fast paced world. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Namaste!
