The Upstairs Meeting Room, located next to the main office, is designed to be used by small, not-for-profit groups or individuals who need a space to meet on a non-regular basis. For example, this might include, but not be limited to, those taking an online test, scout troops with adult supervision, college interviews (for Sparta students), tutoring or book groups.
The room can accommodate up to 10 people and is available during normal library business hours. Groups may reserve a meeting room for a maximum of two meetings per week, up to two months in advance. Each reservation is limited to a four-hour period.
If you do not show up for your reserved time slot, after 30 minutes, you will be considered a no show and your reservation will be cancelled.
