Join Miss Jamie for some stretching, strengthening, and fun with Yoga!
Children ages 3-8 years are welcome (with caregiver as necessary) to focus on their breathing, their bodies, and their connection to self, through a variety of yoga poses. Meeting monthly, Miss Jamie incorporates music, a focus on balance, routine poses building confidence, and fun (optional) challenges, meeting students where they are that day and encouraging them to try their best! Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Namaste!
Caregivers of children who are not able to use the bathroom on their own must remain in the room.
