Please be aware that we use food in some of our programs, both as snacks and as craft supplies. Actual ingredients will be provided, but we are not able to guarantee that any food item will be completely free of food allergens. By registering for this program, you hereby acknowledge that you are aware that Sparta Public Library cannot guarantee a completely allergen free atmosphere in this program and have chosen to allow your child(ren) to participate fully or partially despite this.

The SPL may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the SPL including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Registering for this event implies consent to this policy.  Please make note otherwise.
