We have the honor of hosting, Dr. Kiang, Tai Chi master from Taiwan, who will be conducting special Tai Chi energy sessions designed to improve our physical and mental well-being.
Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, is a traditional Chinese martial art that combines gentle, flowing movements with meditation and deep breathing. It is practiced for its health benefits and as a form of self-defense.
